Mapping the World in Raster

For many decades now, constellations of satellites and their associated ground Stations have offered large coverage acquisitions. What was possible with low resolution is now available in high resolution with high accuracy, perfect for large mapping projects. DigitalGlobe has been the primary imagery source for many OSM contributions, and our plan is to increase the velocity of mapping the world with an end goal of providing the most beautiful hybrid map with OSM content.
